Terms of Service
Last updated September 30, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and RustyRoam ("RustyRoam", "we", "us") for using rustyroam.com and everything on it (the "Site"). By logging in or using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.
1. Who can play
- You must be 18 or older, and at least the age of majority where you live if that's higher.
- Playing games like these must be legal where you are. You're responsible for checking your local laws. Don't use the Site anywhere it's prohibited, and don't use a VPN or other tools to hide where you are.
- One account per person. Every account is tied to one Steam account, and a Steam account can only be tied to one RustyRoam account.
- You can't play if you've self-excluded from the Site or from gambling elsewhere.
2. Your account
- You log in with Steam. Keep your Steam account secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
- We may ask you to confirm your age or identity, or check your Steam account (for example Rust hours and Steam level), before allowing certain features or withdrawals.
3. Frags
- Frags are the Site's virtual credits. You get them by depositing Rust skins or through rewards, and you use them to play games or to withdraw Rust skins.
- Frags have no cash value. They can't be sold, transferred to other accounts, or exchanged for money, and they aren't a bank deposit or a stored-value account.
- Skin values for deposits and withdrawals come from our pricing system, based on the Steam Community Market. Games and crates use RustyRoam's own item values, which can differ from market prices.
4. Deposits and withdrawals
- You can also deposit SOL or USDC on the Solana network, credited at 1 USD = 1 Frag (SOL converted at the live price when you start the deposit). Send the exact amount shown to the address shown; payments sent on another network, to another address, or for a different amount may not be credited automatically. Crypto deposits can't be reversed or paid back out as crypto.
- Deposits and withdrawals are Steam trades with our trade bots. Prices are set when the trade starts. Items flagged for review, unknown items, or items worth more than our current limit can't be traded.
- Frags from a deposit must be wagered at least once (1x) before you can withdraw. Promotional Frags carry their own wager requirement.
- Withdrawals are limited to $500 worth of items per rolling 24 hours per player, with a $1 minimum and up to 5 items per trade. Withdrawals depend on what's in stock.
- Skin requests. You can request a skin that isn't in stock for its withdraw price plus a 5% fee, paid when you request it. That payment is not refundable, except that if we don't obtain the skin within 48 hours, the full amount is returned to your balance automatically. Once we have it, it's held for you to send to your Steam account. Requests count toward the 24-hour withdrawal limit. If you deposit a skin another player has requested, you receive a 2% bonus on its deposit price; the bonus is promotional Frags with a 1x wager requirement.
- Trades can be delayed or fail because of Steam outages, trade holds, or security checks. A failed or canceled trade is refunded to your balance. We may hold or cancel trades we reasonably believe are fraudulent or break these Terms.
5. Games and fairness
- Our main games are designed to return about 96% of what's wagered over the long run. Individual results are random, and you can lose everything you wager.
- Results are provably fair: you can check any round with your seeds from Settings → Provably Fair.
- Results are final. If a bug, outage, or malfunction produces a result the game rules wouldn't allow, we may void or correct it.
- Roamers are RustyRoam's own bot accounts. When you call one into a Case Battle or Jackpot, you play against the house under the same rules and odds as against another player. In Jackpot, 4% of every pot goes to the house.
6. Rewards and promotions
- Rakeback, rain, Wipe Day loss-back, rank rewards, the daily crate, the faucet, promo codes, referral rewards and Vault Rewards are promotions. They pay promotional Frags and are offered at our discretion.
- Rewards need a Steam account with 5+ hours in Rust and Steam level 5+, and may have other conditions shown where you claim them. Most carry a 1x wager requirement.
- We can change, pause or end any promotion at any time. Rewards gained through abuse (for example multiple accounts or collusion) can be removed.
7. Vault Rewards
- Vault Rewards is a promotional rewards program. You can lock Frags in the Vault for 1 to 8 weeks once you have no wager requirement left to meet. Locked Frags stay yours, can't be bet or withdrawn while locked, and are returned to your balance in full when the lock ends. Locks can't be ended early. A lock ends at 00:00 UTC on a Monday, once the chosen number of Mondays has passed, not counting the first Monday after the lock was made. A lock shares in reward pools from that first Monday on; the part-week before it doesn't earn.
- Each week RustyRoam funds a reward pool and shares it between players with Frags in the Vault, by amount and time locked. The pool is currently set at 25% of the Site's net gaming revenue for that week. In a week without net revenue there is no pool. We can change the rate at any time.
- Vault Rewards is not an investment, loan, deposit account or security. Locking Frags doesn't lend anything to RustyRoam and doesn't give you any ownership, equity, share of profits, debt claim, voting right, or any other interest in RustyRoam. Rewards are never guaranteed.
- Vault rewards are promotional Frags with a 1x wager requirement and can't be transferred. We can pause or end the program at any time. If we end it, all locked Frags are returned right away.
8. Playing responsibly
- Only play with what you can afford to lose. Games are entertainment, not a way to make money.
- You can set deposit and loss limits, turn on reality checks, or self-exclude from Settings. Self-exclusion can't be reversed early.
- If gambling stops being fun, take a break and reach out to a support service in your country.
9. Not allowed
- Using more than one account, or sharing, selling or buying accounts.
- Bots, scripts, or exploiting bugs, pricing errors or promotions.
- Colluding with other players, including in battles, coinflips, rain or chat.
- Fraud, money laundering, stolen or scammed items, or using the Site where it's illegal.
- Harassing other players, spam, or advertising in chat.
- Chat is moderated automatically: messages can be blocked, and repeat offenders are muted. Sentry, the AI help bot, can make mistakes — its answers aren't binding; these Terms and the How it works page are.
10. Suspension and closure
We can limit, suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or that we reasonably believe are involved in fraud or abuse. Frags gained through a breach can be removed. Otherwise, if we close your account you can withdraw your remaining balance, subject to Section 4.
11. Steam, Valve and Facepunch
RustyRoam is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Valve Corporation or Facepunch Studios. Steam is a trademark of Valve. Rust is a trademark of Facepunch Studios. Your use of Steam is also covered by Steam's own terms.
12. No warranty and limits of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that any game or promotion will continue. To the fullest extent the law allows, RustyRoam isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by Steam, third-party services, or events outside our control. Our total liability to you is limited to the value of the Frags in your account.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change matters, we'll ask you to accept the new version before you keep playing. The date at the top shows the current version.
